There will be periodic construction personnel traffic in and around the Aztec Bookstore Electrical Yard throughout the entire duration of the work. The outage will entail a total loss of power for the durations specified below, affecting systems such as heating and air, lighting, receptacle convenience power, card/access/access control, elevators, etc. It is highly recommended that sensitive equipment unable to withstand an outage should be powered down the day before to avoid unanticipated impacts to the equipment during the outage window. Due to a crane pick activity scheduled to place a rooftop transformer on the roof of the Storm Hall building, the west portion of the Avenue of the Arts roadway will be closed to vehicular traffic for the duration specified below. The Pedestrian and ADA access paths will be maintained throughout the duration of work. Please heed the direction and instruction of flaggers in the area.

Three ADA parking stalls on East Commons Way, parallel to the Atkinson Hall building, will be closed to facilitate construction material loading and unloading. There will also be construction traffic between the hours of work detailed below on East Commons Way, going into the electrical yard between Atkinson Hall and North Education. Additionally, there will be a small fenced-in area near the electrical yard outside of the North Education building, enclosing a temporary transformer. Please also be advised that the work will result in localized dust and noise.
