Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:
Scope of Work: Installation of transformer on the Storm Hall building rooftop in support of building electrical upgrades.
Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.
Anticipated Impacts: Due to a crane pick activity scheduled to place a rooftop transformer on the roof of the Storm Hall building, the west portion of the Avenue of the Arts roadway will be closed to vehicular traffic for the duration specified below. The Pedestrian and ADA access paths will be maintained throughout the duration of work. Please heed the direction and instruction of flaggers in the area.
