Due to a crane pick activity scheduled to place a rooftop transformer on the roof of the Storm Hall building, the west portion of the Avenue of the Arts roadway will be closed to vehicular traffic for the duration specified below. The Pedestrian and ADA access paths will be maintained throughout the duration of work. Please heed the direction and instruction of flaggers in the area.

Due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the Storm Complex (Aztec Shop Terrace, Nasatir Hall, Storm Hall, and Storm Hall Terrace) buildings, the west portion of the Avenue of the Arts roadway near the electrical yard will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic for the duration specified below. There will be construction fencing and delineation to close off the area. ADA access paths of travel are not anticipated to be impacted.

As part of the campus electrical upgrades project, planned electrical outages for the Arts & Letters building and parking lot 14 are required. There will be periodic construction personnel traffic in and around the Arts & Letters building throughout the entire duration of the work. The outages will entail a total loss of power for the durations specified below, affecting systems such as heating and air, lighting, receptacle convenience power, card/access/access control, elevators, etc. It is highly recommended that sensitive equipment unable to withstand an outage should be powered down the day before to avoid unanticipated impacts to the equipment during the outage window. After the outages, users will be able to re-enter the building and confirm that power is restored, and systems are fully functional. Any issues should be communicated immediately to the project team using the contact information provided at the end of this notification. ** Please also note that the Arts & Letters building and parking lot 14 will be closed to the public throughout the outage window detailed below. ** Duration of Impacts: The outage schedule is as follows: 1. Medium voltage cable pulling work will require vehicular access on Avenue of the Arts to be limited to one lane throughout the duration of work. Vehicular thru-traffic will be maintained by flagmen directing traffic in alternating directions and alternate pedestrian/accessible paths will be delineated by signage, flagmen and traffic control. Access to COGEN and Facilities Services will be maintained through the East end of the Driveway. Please be advised that work will result in localized dust and noise.

The parking spaces between Hardy Tower and Professional Studies & Fine Arts (PSFA) will be closed, and access to the staircase in the Arts & Letters building will be limited to one staircase at certain times during the designated duration.
