Scope of Work: Staging of construction materials and installing temporary medium voltage power cables for electrical upgrades at the Hepner Hall building.

Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.

Anticipated Impacts: Due to ongoing electrical upgrades in the Hepner Hall building, temporary medium voltage cables will be installed throughout the Mediterranean Garden and Faculty Staff Club Vegetable Garden. To maintain safe access, temporary cables will be installed within landscaping where possible and routed 12 feet overhead where necessary. Temporary construction fencing will be placed around the electrical yard near the Physics Astronomy building for construction material staging. Heavy machinery will intermittently be routed through out the work area. The work will result in localized dust and noise.  Please heed all signage and direction of safety personnel.
