Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:

Scope of Work: Prepare the building for electrical infrastructure upgrades by installing medium voltage power cable and replacing electrical equipment within the Hepner Hall building.

Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.  

Anticipated Impacts: Construction personnel will need to occupy Electrical Room 13 for the duration of the work. Additionally, construction traffic will occur within Room 10SE within the Hepner Hall building basement. Please note that this work may generate localized dust and noise.  Efforts will be made to coordinate dust/noise impacts around occupied room schedules.
