Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:

Scope of Work: Removal of steam pump in electrical room 469B associated with electrical infrastructure upgrades throughout the building.

Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.

Anticipated Impacts: Steam pumps located in room 469 will be shut down for the duration of the work. This steam shutdown will impact radiators that contribute to the building's heating system. Please be advised that work will result in localized dust and noise, but there are no anticipated impacts to building users as building heat is not anticipated to be necessary during the temperate weeks.
