Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:

Scope of Work: Demolish electrical cables in support of building electrical upgrades

Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.

Anticipated Impacts: The demolition of existing medium voltage cables will intermittently impact vehicular access on Avenue of the Arts. Flagmen will manage traffic flow in alternating directions to maintain vehicular access, while alternate pedestrian and accessible paths will be clearly marked with signage and directed by flagmen. No significant impacts to pedestrian or ADA paths are anticipated. Please note that the work may generate localized dust and noise, but it is not expected to affect utility services.
