Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:
Scope of Work: Staging of construction materials for electrical upgrades at the Art I South building.
Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.
Anticipated Impacts: Due to ongoing electrical upgrades in the Art I South building, the west portion of the Avenue of the Arts roadway near the electrical yard will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic during the period specified below. ADA access paths are not expected to be affected. The roadway parallel to the SDSU Art Gallery and the SP parking spot between PSFA and Hardy Tower will also experience intermittent closures. Construction fencing and barriers will be in place to secure the affected areas.
