Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:
Scope of Work: Install Substation D relay and upgrade associated controls.
Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.
Anticipated Impacts: Occupants should be aware that the work will require load shifting of Substation C&D to Substations B, which has limited circuit capacity. Although the likelihood of a utility interruption during this period is low, while the campus is utilizing power from SDG&E, it is recommended that any sensitive equipment be shut down prior to the scheduled period in an abundance of caution.
Start Time / Date: 5:00 am, Saturday, November 2nd, 2024
End Time / Date: 2:30 pm, Saturday, November 2nd, 2024
