Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be continuing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:
Scope of Work: Investigation of motor control center within mechanical/electrical equipment rooms 200/200A and 318/318A.
Reason for Project: Investigate breaker sizes for future work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades Project.
Anticipated Impacts: Investigations are not expected to impact building users. However, an unforeseen electrical surge resulting in outage may result in a brief impact on the mechanical system in 2-5 min durations corresponding to the breaker section being evaluated. Users may experience a brief lack of air flow and/or temperature control in rooms within the facility.
All physical work will be conducted at the motor control center panel located within rooms 200/200A and 318/318A.
