Please be advised that Planning, Design & Construction will be performing a project that may impact you. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:
Scope of Work: Installation of fire damper in electrical room 12.
Reason for Project: Work associated with the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades project in support of current campus needs and future growth.
Anticipated Impacts: The installation of the fire dampers in support of upgrades to the fire safety system within the building will necessitate construction personnel to occupy Electrical Room 12 throughout the duration of the work. Additionally, construction traffic within Hallway 14 will be necessary to facilitate the work, but through occupant traffic will be maintained in the hallway. Please be advised that the work will result in localized dust and noise, but there are no planned outages to any building systems.
